Life in the Garden

Life, for us, began in a garden – and what a garden it was! 

We are told in the Book of Beginnings, this was the first meeting place. It was lovingly designed and planted by God Himself… a place to enjoy with His beloved children.  

This garden of delights was named Eden (Delight) and was populated with trees full of flowers and delicious fruits. A river began there and flowed out into the rest of the world as well, bringing life wherever it went.

Some people tell of being brought back from death and briefly experiencing the delights of Heaven. They attempt to describe colors never before seen – living colors, singing flowers and gardens emanating beautiful music – amazing things that defy description in mere words.

I wonder if Eden had flowers that sang.
